An 8-week Yoga + Coaching Journey

Join me for a weekly 90-minute group coaching session where we’ll dive into breathwork, meditation, kriya practices, education, coaching, personal application, and integration practices to provide you with a roadmap to your own authenticity.

Weeks 1-3

  • Deprogramming, weeding, up-rooting, releasing the unwanted thoughts, emotions, stories, limiting beliefs, and habits that have historically held you back.

  • Lower Triangle Chakra Healing

  • Exploration of Aparigraha and Ahimsa (applicable Yamas and Niyamas)

  • Teaching on Kleshas -- Preferences; Raga/Dvesa -- attachment/aversion

  • Breaking the Bondage Kriya Practice

ACCEPTANCE

Weeks 4-5

  • Heart Chakra Healing

  • Exploration of Svadhyaya, Tapas (applicable Yamas and Niyamas)

  • Teaching on Kleshas -- Avidya, Asmita -- facing reality, the story of I/me/mine

  • Inventory and Cultivation of Personal Gifts

  • Open to possibility, magic, mystery, not knowing

  • Exploration of the Divine Feminine

  • 5-Part Prana Vayu Kriya Practice

MANIFEST

Weeks 6-8

  • Upper Triangle Chakra Healing

  • Exploration of Saucha/Purity (applicable Yamas and Niyamas)

  • Teaching on Kleshas -- Abhinivesa -- clinging to life/fear of death

  • Hypnosis -- visualizing and manifesting your True Self

  • NLP -- Inserting Success into Your Future

  • Alak Niranjan Kriya Practice
