Hello, I’m Kacey!

I help growth-oriented individuals break through cycles that prevent them from living whole.

From receiving life coaching to becoming a coach, I’ve been on a journey similar to the one you’re on now. Together we’ll laugh, cry, struggle, and overcome. Working your way through the mud and into the beautiful lotus blossom you’ve always held within you.

There can be no lotus flower without the mud.

-THICH NHAT HANH

The lotus flower, an ancient symbol of Eastern Wisdom, represents the beauty and connectedness in all things from the pristine to the murky. The flower itself, a symbol of purity that lives on the surface of the still water, is grown and fueled by a long stem, plugged in to the deepest and murkiest of muds. The brilliance of the lotus petals is only possible because of the nutrients in the dense, dark, dank mud.

KACEY KINGRY

I became a Life Coach after experiencing the power of positive change coaching had in my own life. Everything I needed for transformation were within me, but I had to change my mindset in order to put it all together. And that meant getting someone’s outside, trusted, professional perspective to do that.

Powerful questions and direct communication, when used alongside the ethical practices of yoga, have allowed me to coach my clients on a spiritual, behavioral, and action level all at once. I believe that small, subtle, mindful adjustments can accumulate and change the trajectory of one’s life over time. That has been the beauty of my own personal experience in both coaching and my practice of yoga, and I invite you into a beautiful transformational experience of your own.

OVERCOMING OUR PERSONAL CYCLES

I stopped drinking alcohol in 2018, after struggling to set it down for basically two decades of adulthood. I tried what felt like pretty much everything, until I became Alcohol Free for good. When I closed the door on alcohol, I opened up the widest of gates to my own heart, spirit, and mind. It is the most important decision I have made for myself, so far.

I believe that one’s relationship with alcohol is highly personal, and if you want to stop drinking or change your drinking habits, the BEST way to do that is the way that works best for YOU. I would love to be part of that process, of supporting you to figure out your way. If you are ready to examine the role that alcohol plays in your life, I have the skills and the experience to support you in a new way; one that can be filled with freedom and love and possibility.

Working with Kacey has been LIFE CHANGING. Before working with Kacey, my life was "floating" where I was not grounded and not aware. Everything just happened automatically. Now there is awareness. Kacey taught me to be kind to myself, to understand why I was making the choices I was making, and most importantly she made me realize how much I am in control of changing. She gave me the confidence to take risks, to be a leader, to shine, and to always put ME first. We laughed together, we cried together, and we built a bond that I only hope lasts a lifetime. I will be forever grateful that Kacey was brought into my life and look forward to continuing to learn and grow from her wisdom.
